development, commercial construction and real estate brokerage industries. Paul has had complete profit & loss responsibilities over production home
building operations with annual revenues exceeding $75 million dollars; with annual home closings pace greater than 600/yr.
He excels at the critical analysis of the market positioning tactics home builders may use, and providing strategic counsel regarding product offering, retailing strategy, land
acquisition strategy, and other key internal processes that directly impact the profitability of an organization. His specialties are the sales & marketing
of new homes (both attached & multi-family), new project feasibility analysis, land acquisition consultation, and sales team management & training. Paul hold?s contracting and real estate licenses in Florida, North Carolina and Texas; and is actively engaged in local building industry groups such as the Austin Homebuilders Association, the Austin HBA Sales &
